Udo Censkowsky has a background of more than 25 years in the organic and sustainable food business. As one of the pioneers in the organic aquaculture movement, he organizes the Biofish Forum in Nuremberg and Brussels since 2004.

Philipp Censkowsky, born in 1994, studied Political Economics (B.Sc.) at the University of Heidelberg and Universidad Católica de Chile. He wrote his thesis about the relevance of the post-growth debate for the global south. Next to studying, he is a member of the Network for Pluralistic Economics and involved in movements concerned with social-ecological transformation/sustainability issues. He works as a project assistant for bluesensus.

Simon Censkowsky, born in 1992, studied Business Administration (B.A.) at the University of Applied Sciences Nuremberg with emphasis in Managemant Accounting, Logistics and Human Resources.
Before studying at Universtiy Simon successfully finished a 2,5years apprenticeship as an Office Manager (IHK) in an international environment for a middle sized fashion-retailer.
Next to University he worked parttime as a Management Assistant for an ecommerce startup. He works as a project assistant for bluesensus.
His expertise is Management Accounting and Accounting, Human Resources related work, purchasing processes and Workflow-management.
Simon works in English and German.
Sourabh Kumar Dubey
Sourabh Kumar Dubey, born in 1984 at Kolkata, India, completed his post graduate (M.Sc) in Zoology in 2007. He has successfully completed various projects related to climate change impact on aquaculture, coastal livelihood resilience, mangrove conservation etc focusing on Sundarban delta, the world’s largest mangrove biome. He has expertise in aquaculture, fisheries, mangroves, coastal biodiversity and working with coastal communities.
Besides his engagement for bluesensus he is involved in various research projects and will finalize his doctorate (thesis entitled
“Study on the Impact of Climate Change on Freshwater Aquaculture in Indian Sundarban Eco-Region with reference to Salinity Intrusion and Development of Climate Resilient Adaptation Strategies”) in 2017.
