Udo Censkowsky

Udo Censkowsky has a background of more than 25 years in the organic and sustainable food business. As one of the pioneers in the organic aquaculture movement, he organizes the Biofish Forum in Nuremberg and Brussels since 2004.

Philipp Censkowsky

 

Philipp Censkowsky, born in 1994, studied Economics at the Ruprecht-Karls University in Heidelberg, Universidad Católica in Santiago de Chile (B.Sc.) and Economic Policies and Development Economics at the University of the Witwatersrand and the Université Paris-Sorbonne Cité XIII (Master). His academic interests lie in economy-environment interactions, environmental policy and north-south relations in the Anthropocene.

 

He works on communications, documentation and strategy management in a mangrove reforestation project established within the German public-private partnership programme develoPPP.  

 

Philipp works in German, English, French and Spanish.

Dr. Sourabh Kumar Dubey

 

Sourabh Kumar Dubey, born in 1984 at Kolkata, India, completed his post graduate (M.Sc) in Zoology in 2007. He has successfully completed various projects related to climate change impact on aquaculture, coastal livelihood resilience, mangrove conservation etc focusing on Sundarban delta, the world’s largest mangrove biome. He has expertise in aquaculture, fisheries, mangroves, coastal biodiversity and working with coastal communities.

Besides his engagement for bluesensus he is involved in various research projects and will finalize his doctorate (thesis entitled

“Study on the Impact of Climate Change on Freshwater Aquaculture in Indian Sundarban Eco-Region with reference to Salinity Intrusion and Development of Climate Resilient Adaptation Strategies”) in 2017.
